School of Sanctuary Award

At St. Joseph’s Catholic Primary, our motto is ‘Protect with love, all of God’s gifts’ and this means we actively seek to support and protect those in need. At St. Joseph’s, we warmly welcome and share God’s love with everyone, regardless of where they are from or what their circumstances are. 

Our curriculum is developed to reflect and celebrate the diversity of our school community. This rich curriculum is underpinned by our participation in Refugee Week; our pupils develop an understanding on the lives of asylum seekers and refugees in Bradford and around the world.  

As a school community, we are extremely proud to be a School of Sanctuary.
